Box approach to security of saved content and data is its strongest selling point and the major point of difference between Box and similar substitute platforms. Security features like Single Sign on (SSO) and Multi-level authentication (MFA) provides users like myself , a secured environment to save work files and collaborate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Box has a strong third party application integration capability. I love this because , it enables me to do more with Box.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Box offline capability is very limited and while this is rarely a problem since I always have internet connection, it can be a problem if I ever find myself in a situation where my internet connection is either not good enough or unavailable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For me , Box is more than just a file storage platform. Things like workflow automation , electronic signature capabilities make Box very useful in more aspects than saving files.

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

This tool is being widely used in the office, especially in these times of pandemic, when we must share information remotely. The scanning function of documents and electronic signatures, has allowed us to do business and contracts, without the need to be present.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that we can upload files and share them within the company network in a secure way. It has a very intuitive design, where it will be impossible for you to get lost or not know how to use it. Its mobile application is very useful and contains everything from its web version, which is perfect for being out of the office and still have the information at hand.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its free version lacks the most important features, that's why we switched to the paid version. Some integrations were difficult to install, I had some failed attempts, but the technical service was very good and answered every question I had and I was able to get the software to work 100%.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A very useful tool to store all the information of the company, digitize all the documents that you have in physical and thus get rid of the papers in the office. Ideal for closing long distance contracts and for hiring remote personnel, thanks to its electronic signatures. We love box.

It’s easy to use, allows on-demand file syncing. Integrated with third party platforms. Plenty of storage for free. Document access is very good, employee can easily find the document that they need. It is fast and reliable. Built-in-security makes you sure that your data is safe and shared with only with whom you want to share. The customer service is very good. It is a good place to keep secure all of your files and share with and collaborate with the employees.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Box is a platform to manage, share and collaborate to digital files. It has a lot of features everyone don’t even need. Mainly, it protects your content, empower your people and connects you with your business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Storage is low for paid account. It doesn’t sync automatically if you are using multiple devices. Sometimes it stops and doesn’t work so you have to cancel and upload file again.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend it if you want to share files and documents with your employees or co-workers. It doesn’t only allow access to the shared files but also enable editing. You can also keep tracking edited files.
