Donor box has a login system for recurring donors, but it is not for donors who make a single gift or are regular givers. Its synchronization is time-consuming and inaccurate. It does not have some additional integrations with email tools or CRM.

We have a nonprofit website and run fundraising projects from our side and it is a donor box that makes it super easy to set custom donation campaigns and take payments. Also, it makes easy to connect with our payment processor.

Box notes offers the basics to me , as it relates to note-taking . However , it still pales when compared with the top notetaking tools available to professionals, such as Google docs, Microsoft Word or Notejoy.

As far as basic cloud storage is concerned, I rate Box as the leading tool. Especially for users concerned about file security.
