What differentiates Box from other similar products?
Box has security that other content storage platforms does not have. I also like that box shows who is sharing what
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user management is great. Being able to have eyes on what files were shared by who and who created folders is great for record keeping. The ease of uploading files to box is also noteworthy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes I would like advanced filters when trying to search for specific files or folders.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend they get box! It is easy to use and I have had zero problems with the platform. They have a good overview page and videos of the platform on their website as well.

the only difference is that it is a bit complicated to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This is a great feature of Box since it allows me to move files across my various devices, whether they be phones, PCs or tablets.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing at all, the program is top-notch. I'd like lower-cost plans or greater storage space on the free ones.

If you used this product, it would make everything a lot simpler for you.

What differentiates Box from other similar products?
It is a very easy program to use in this aspect it is better than other programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our lives have been infinitely simpler because to Box's ability to store, organize and exchange files of any kind. Folders are used to store different corporate documents such as photographs and Microsoft Word/Excel documents. Love that we can tag files so they're readily accessible. I really like the document sharing capabilities. Among its many appealing features is the preview (which is light years ahead of Google Drive's current offering).
What do you dislike most about this product?
My major gripe with Box isn't with the service itself, but rather with my company's settings. For whatever reason, my firm has decided to have shared file links expire after 30 days, which can be a real pain in the neck.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Using it is a breeze, and you won't have to worry about syncing or exchanging anything again. On the other hand, upload speeds may be a problem on my end.
