Box allows us to select the cloud storage option that works best for our business needs, so we can update our workforce while storing our information in a public, private, or on-premises cloud.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Small businesses may first find it difficult to handle users and files because there is a learning curve involved, but it is possible with the assistance of their experts and our IT team. Setup presents the largest difficulty. It appears that there is nowhere to configure the volumes we want to backup. However, somehow everything returns to normal.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Box is a viable cloud storage option that is compatible with all other platforms including office 365 and G Suite technologies to make the life of an employee a lot easier. Because of its robust encryption, this solution adheres to data protection rules, allowing you and your clients to collaborate on this confidently.

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

I switched so many tools before it but truly say now I’m confident about it, it works as we need for our organization. Through this we send a lot of documents without worrying about the security of our confidential data. Furthermore it has a simple UI so were able to use without any issue.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My business chose Box because we required a platform for storing files that could give us enterprise-level security for our data. During my experience using Box, file security is what I really admire. It provides security to me as no other tool can. It offers me to password-protect my files and offers two-factor authentication, making sure that anyone attempting to access my Box account cannot access my documents.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Things can occasionally take a bit to upload, but that is understandable. Uploading documents via the app is definitely more difficult for me than it is on my computer. That might just be a problem with my end or the wifi connection, though.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a fantastic technique to maintain organization and preserve data with lots of memory and the option to buy more. When you share with someone, you will be able to track any deletions and restore anything that has been lost, even if it was done by another person. It may also be accessed on a computer or mobile device, making it very convenient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Desktop access is more difficult since there are no thumbnails of the files you need to view.

You may use it to save and share data securely with your colleagues, but be aware of the file format when you upload them, since browsing may modify the format.
