What differentiates Box from other similar products?
- For the first, this product is safer and easier to use than other product. - And most importantly, it is a Google product and has always been a trustworthy and reliable product
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
- Google provides free to store data. - Easy to use and UI is very attractive and user friendly. - Gets all the features that corporate and personal level require. - Can upload and download as well as create folders easily. - Keep data safe without any tension. - Drag and drop functionality This is the most useful for us. - The most liked feature is that I can give permissions to each file to see who can access it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
- The download feature needs to be improved as it takes time to download bulk files and I noticed that my internet speed was sufficient for downloading.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
- I highly recommend to all that you must use this product because its safe and reliable to store the important data and I am using for 6+ years.

What differentiates Box from other similar products?
Box has been instrumental in our organization in making it simple to securely share files with our team. It has enabled us to create a backup copy of any important file, knowing that it will be safe and accessible at any time. We're constantly uploading project progress files so that we can discuss ideas and be more productive. The automated synchronization was my favorite feature. I can sleep well knowing that my data is secure, even if my hard disk crashes overnight.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It provides safe storage with a very basic and user-friendly interface. File synchronization is lightning quick, and you may safely share and collaborate. It features control settings that may be tailored to your preferences. One feature I enjoy is that it can be used on any device and supports any file format. The nicest feature, in my opinion, is the ability to edit MS Office files while on the road, as I do not have them installed on my local laptop.
What do you dislike most about this product?
To be honest, I have no issues with Box because it has functioned flawlessly, its functionality and features have not caused any issues, and its technical assistance is excellent. However, because it is not widely used, there is some unreliability. Personally, I don't mind trying it, but not everyone is interested in utilizing it while sharing with someone. Customers will come as a result of some publicity.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend it since it is a program with the required capabilities and security to simply exchange data. Its primary goal is to protect and communicate sensitive information. It is completely secure and dependable, and you may use it anyway you choose. You should absolutely think about adopting Box because it is secure and simple to use.
