What differentiates Box from other similar products?
A very simple and convenient storage option for small business workflow management that comes in very handy when working remotely and collaborating with others. Easy access is an attractive feature.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that Box is very easy to use Collaborate, share files and manage content. Really good compared to other competitors in the market.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's nothing in boxing that I don't like. When someone creates a new document or notebook, you can easily tell where those notes will be saved, but that part isn't intuitive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Box solves the problem of storing all of your important files of different types, such as text files and video files, all in one place as you go about your work.

What differentiates Box from other similar products?
Its neat user interface and easy-to-use iOS app are positive additions to the comprehensive support. Box is excellent for synchronization, sharing for any file types and offers additional benefits like unusual behavior detection and security issue alerting
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The UI made me feel at home right from the start, and is quite easy to navigate. The business plan incorporates unlimited storage and no limit on the maximum number of users so we can have unlimited external collaborators
What do you dislike most about this product?
Automatic camera upload should be made available for business users. The service should also offer online editing functionality for external users in all plans so that they are not restricted to read-only
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Box has no compatibility issues with different file types, and cross-platform functionality across most devices and apps, with a convenient drag and drop feature that will help you organize files quickly and efficiently
