What differentiates Box from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because Box doesn't recognize the duplicate stuff when someone uses it improperly, they will end up creating several spaces. Each tiny change will result in a new version even if it takes only a few minutes between them and you never close the file because Box additionally live saves each update.

Box provides high level security for my department, in terms of safeguarding our saved files from unauthorized access. Not only this , Box integrates with every software I use in the course of my daily work. This enables free flow of files between Box and every software that I use in the workplace.

The extensive nature of file sharing on Box, has really appealed to me as a user. Not only can I share any file format through Box, but I can share files with non-Box users as well and they are able to comment , view and download the files without having a Box account.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although Box synchronization on desktop computer is seamless, it is not the same on the Box mobile platform. I likewise have issues with the limited nature of Box file versioning feature. A major example of how limited Box is in terms of version control, is how I am unable to reclaim files that I mistakenly delete on the Box storage platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If one overlooks the limited quality of the Box mobile app , I think Box makes up for this shortcoming with provisions like granular file permissions.
