What differentiates Box from other similar products?
The thing that can differentiate Box from other products is its organization; It has a simple user interface and stores all of our data in a well-organized form so we can fetch any file at any time. I also appreciate their search feature because I always found an accurate file in less time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In our organization, I had implemented multiple tools to do secure file sharing but all of them were unable to fulfil my expectations but box is the best file sync and share option that working abilities it's streamlining the way of our work and it is also a platform that enables members to work on files concurrently and automate various workflows, which simplifies the completion of files.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing about this application that I detest; it is a great online storage option for storing any type of information in a straightforward manner that can be accessed from our computer without any difficulty wherever and whenever I want.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
According to my experience, Box is the top-notch platform to store and share your files because it always works efficiently so everyone can sync and share files in real time. First consider your requirements then match with its features if you think it's the perfect tool for you then don't miss this chance just give it a shot.

What differentiates Box from other similar products?
It allows me to add a new document and associate them with the appropriate contacts and deals in our CRM. It allows me to attach documents and files in multiple formats, such as PNG, PDF, JPEG and CSV.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It enables us to search, preview, and download documents added to specific leads. It stores all of our contact information in one place and helps in tracking, managing and updating the documents effortlessly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Box can save different versions of the same file after changes are made instead of updating the original file. It is does not happen often and definitely not something to worry much about but when it happens it makes it difficult to figure out the updated file.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Box is the most secure solution to upload, manage and share documents. It offers a smooth, convenient and engaging experience.
