What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I use it to share data with external clients. We have been using Google Drive for a long time, but there was a problem with the convenience of sharing with outsiders. Permissions settings are complicated to manage, etc. Since Box keeps track of information updates, I think it is more convenient for external sharing than G Drive. When sharing a file with the other party, instead of attaching it to an email, you can send the BOX link of the relevant subject folder and have the other party check for multiple files in that folder, making it easier to share information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You may find it challenging to set permissions when adding outsiders to the Item folder. Sometimes it is incorrect, such as only viewing or editing is possible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The company is quite strict with data handling, and it wasn't easy to send and receive data with business partners while performing strict management. The problem was that complicated procedures required too much time and effort. In response to the voices of those employees, the company decided to introduce Box. It has been certified ISO 27001 and evaluated as a highly reliable tool. Data that used to be encrypted and exchanged by email can now be shared by simply pasting a link, eliminating the complexity of detailed administrative work. The problem of sharing data outside the company in a secure environment was solved.

Regarding security, it is good to share information seamlessly with customers as a company that handles personal information. It is ideal for exchanging data with external parties. An email may be sent incorrectly due to an incorrect email address, but if you use cloud storage, you cannot log in unless you have the appropriate ID. You can also track who logged in and what files were updated. You can also notify the other person by mentioning the person so that they can notice.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a company that handles a lot of personal information, it is necessary to prevent leakage of personal information, and there are problems, such as errors in file sharing. As it is impossible to see the information, we were able to obtain the security of being less likely to lead to information leakage. While security measures are desired, it is incredibly convenient to exchange almost unlimited data in the cloud within the company and with people outside the company. It's easier to use than the home file service I used before, and it's useful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

An unexpected error occurred when creating a collaboration folder with a customer, but I felt the support system did not know how to fix it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I had problems because I needed to send a large amount of data, over 20 MB of photo images and Excel files, to people outside the company. Still, I learned how to use Box and could easily send and receive simultaneously, which was a great help. It became necessary to check if a particular user downloaded the file in question, and we were able to address such issues quickly.

The interface is user-friendly and the option to access files from multiple devices is a huge plus. Control based file access and sharing are possible with Box

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I liked the easy way of sorting files by date and by folder. It makes work very easy because we can just share a link to a file or folder and other members can access them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have voiced our concerns about performance, with most users citing poor upload and download speeds, particularly when working with large files.

Box is superb for anyone anybody searching for a distributed storage management. It offers easy accessibility from any internet-connected device.
