What differentiates Box ECM from other similar products?

It has a very good user help and clean UI.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows for collaborative documentation reviews and approvals. Access management and setting permissions is also exceptional.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a delay most of the times in receiving email alerts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Box is an excellent collaboration solution to get your documents reviewed by multiple stakeholders.

To organize and manage cloud contents with this tool is just amazing. This tool is very secure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Makes it's simple to search files and documents. Having access to files and documents is now quick and simple with Box ECM. It's simple to store and share documents with this tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Box ECM meets all our needs and also automates various business processes and workflows hence nothing to dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I strongly recommend the use of Box ECM in managing cloud contents.
