What differentiates Box ECM from other similar products?
Box ECM keeps all our data secure and centralizes it on a single repository. Also, it simplifies collaboration and ensures that all teams are on the same page. Box ECM is a cloud-native platform that enables collaboration from anywhere , anytime , on any device and the file type of our choice. It is also affordable and reliable. We can work more efficiently with the automated workflow system that it offers. It is easy to use and allows sharing of large files across various devices. The learning curve is low and users adapt quickly to using it. I highly recommend it for use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Box ECM has played a big part in giving a smooth path towards data collection and storage. Previously teams in our company were using disparate repositories and we lacked a uniform way of managing our data, After implementing Box ECM , data is stored in one single repository allowing easy access of data from all our teams. We can archive data and exchange information fast and easily. Also, the migration to Box was quite straightforward. It has just made content management simpler for us and secure. A simplified security environment with complete privacy control is what we have benefited from using Boc ECM.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We work with high-resolution images and i would love to see the preview of the thumbnail adjusted.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Box ECM is a great product and i mostly prefer it over other similar programs. It is best for companies that are aiming to secure clients' data as the tool will keep the process running smoothly and efficiently.
