It has great functionalities and more advanced solution than most competitors

Possibly to track technical health changes over time and compare metrics WoW, MoM and even YoY

Some integrations break down a lot (for example, log files)

The deepness of the data, and features to in general analyze SEO data at scale, customizations and mostly everything you could want to do, you can

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the feature is a bit unintuive to use at times, it has many features but even people working there might not know everything cause it has sooo many. UI could be refreshed esp. for older products

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Botify is a software for big websites and big companies, not for SMBs. If you have a big website with ideally <300k pages and a lot of data, its the best option in the market.
