It's simple to use, and it makes keeping track of CIs in your environment a snap!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Setup is simple. The user interface for BMC Discovery has been enhanced, making it easier to use. One of the most effective tools for discovering assets and apps in a given environment. BMC CMDB is simple to integrate. Modeling of auto services for a variety of purposes

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration with third-party CMDBs is tricky.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Some BMC tools are not automatically found, which should be number one, thus maybe assistance for installing new software may be faster.

Easy to use & administration. Installation is quite straightforward & discovery is simple. Works very well & integrates end to end with BMC Products such as BMC Helix, TrueSight & BMC CMDB

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration with other ITSM tools such as ServiceNow doesn't work well

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good to implement if you need to have automated visibility of your assets & relationship in your organization.
