At first, we mostly used simple methods like emails and SMS, but eventually we were able to add additional channels, unique website experiences, etc. We were able to design more successful campaigns using all of the current trends like automation, personalization, tracking, and being able to see how our customers are engaging with the company and take appropriate action with that information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I sincerely appreciate the excellent support we receive, it is excellent when problems occur. I like it because we were able to put our most difficult scenarios into practice and find the answers to our queries. We currently use Bloomreach primarily for our email marketing, but we also combine it with other tools (SMS, Facebook Messages, and Google Ads Custom Audiences) to create automated multi-channel campaigns. The ability to produce everything in one place with one tool is the most important feature of Bloomreach.

What do you dislike most about this product?

On several events and aggregates at once, I occasionally need to put up more sophisticated segmentation. The ability to read the email you send to the client is one of the most elementary things. A novice user could find some of the more complicated functions a little bewildering.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Bloomreach is the best option if you require a single platform to store all of your data and customers for usage in email marketing campaigns. I would pick Bloomreach once more for my business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the more recent features have issues that must be resolved quickly as feasible. Some functionality, such as in-app messaging and catalogs, require updates. Two-way encryption is not supported; just one method is possible, which is more secure and takes up more resources.
