What do you dislike most about this product?
Mapping between the artifacts to the requirements/problem in hand is not intuitive using this product. It would help if tool itself could recommend matching artifacts based on the problem that an enterprise is solving so that to help organizations make informed decisions using those artifacts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Bizzdesign Hopex from other similar products?
Mega Hopex Enterprise Architecture Suite has unique value propositions in terms of the integration of various disciplines in one platform, such as GRC, Business Process Analysis, IT Architecture, and Data Architecture. It’s one of a kind capability of storing data at different levels of abstractions and eventually using them in analytics and reporting saves end-user’s time and effort and enables them to spend more time performing analysis work instead of rudimentary tasks. Lastly, Mega Hopex is extensible, with the capacity to scale, and ready to evolve to adapt to ever-changing business requirements.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The flexibility in terms of report generation depending on viewpoints is my favourite aspect of this product. As we need to satisfy information requirements of various stakeholders, different ways of representing data/information in a form of a chart, graph, or visualisations are essential in order to fully appreciate the overall picture of the enterprise, and this, in my opinion, is crucial in decision-making especially at the strategic level of an organisation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
With so many features embedded in this product, I think, there’s a need to simplify the views being seen by a specific user in order to prevent confusion on which functionalities could be prioritised. Although this could be resolved during training, perhaps a simplified user interface could be used initially by novice users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are two major areas to look into when considering an enterprise-grade EA tool, firstly is the business need that should be realised by the solution being evaluated. Secondly is the type of users that an enterprise have and their level of risk appetite in embarking to a change effort. If these two aspects are established at the outset, then, it would be a lot easier to identify the functional and non functional requirements that would satisfy the stakeholder’s needs, and eventually the alignment of solutions to business goals and objectives would be clearly visible towards the latter part of the software tool evaluation.
