What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?
It is a new tool and allows it to be applied in small or large companies without problems, it also provides trial and free versions for those who want to know it first and it is something that is different from other systems, it also has a quality mobile access system ideal for work from any place where the professional is located without this affecting their functions and work
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like the most is that it has access functions even without connection, it also analyzes the campaigns in a complete way, understanding the brand and offers everything necessary to carry out activities without problems, from video calls to customer service with the ease offered by the Kanban technology and even data storage

There are no functions that I consider to be negative with this tool, its functions can be of great help to professionals

I recommend it because it has everything you need to work comfortably, increases the workflow and is also accessible

What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?
At work, we utilize Bitrix24 for everything; it is our gateway through which we interact, share data, make video calls, and chat. It also includes several features and tools for efficient CRM, such as a Gantt chart for tracking activities and progress. It is used to increase performance in all departments. It is simple to share the file portal with each individual and extend the device. For each newly onboarded person, I have a file structure template that I would employ.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
To make adding features cost-effective and straightforward, the program offers numerous extra capabilities, such as secure email and capability. Its UI is incredibly simple to use since it is similar to our internal social network, making it dynamic and simple to use. Files and papers are rapidly sent and uploaded, and video conferences are crystal clear and audible. Because it is on the cloud, our PC is not overburdened with information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The application may seem a little heavy at times; this might be due to a computer problem or a wrong setting while installing the software. We rely heavily on the Gmail plugin, which has become a concern. Many times, a file used by the plugin will fail the first time it is downloaded.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is one of the most comprehensive office tools available; we use it in practically all departments to connect with one another and to transmit and receive critical information in real time. Everyone will enjoy it since it is highly intuitive and has a very low learning curve. Find a file sharing specialist if you want to employ a sophisticated folder arrangement. What can be generated in the blink of an eye is limited by the user interface.

What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?
Bitrix24 is used in our company in order to keep order in the whole issue of employee management, Bitrix24 allows us to run the human resources department of the organization from wherever we are. It has a wide variety of functions and can be used via intranet or kept in the cloud, which greatly facilitates the work from wherever we are, in addition to generating self-service options for our workers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since using Bitrix24 our human resources team saves a lot of time handling these issues, the self-service capability it has is quite beneficial being able to register, making requests and sending reports all in this same tool. Not only does it get there, it is also a source of communication between all departments of the company and can sometimes be used in the sales area, which is extremely beneficial for us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some functions such as video calls and other small functions tend to be unstable at times, which can be extremely annoying as we can lose time on it. The technical support department is not very good, very long waiting times even when they are simple solutions. It is a bit problematic to program notifications, this process could be simplified and be much more useful. The cost of the software is a bit high even with the great functionality it has.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This software can be dedicated to small and medium companies helping to automate all the internal processes they require, keeping a great order in the field of human resources and giving viability to the increase of sales, although in the latter could improve a little more. Bitrix24 can be a bit costly and difficult to configure in short periods of time which can be negative at first, however when it manages to optimize itself it turns out to be a very powerful tool.
