What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?
The best part about bitrix24 is that it provides a unified platform for my files, projects, messages, tasks, and contacts. In addition, it is designed to enhance cooperation and communication among employees, thereby increasing productivity and performance by reducing costs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Bitrix24 provides our organization with everything it needs to manage everything from CRM to projects and processes. I like the simplicity and adaptability of this program; Its features and functionalities make it a great choice for CRM optimization, process automation, project management, document integration, and communication improvement. I’ve used it to create tasks for team members and it works well because it sets deadlines, lets you add followers and attendees, and lets you add sub-tasks to the main task. I like the collaboration part of Bitrix24 because as project managers we can have a separate website for each project.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have nothing negative at the moment, it’s quite complete and easy to integrate into a company. It’s also an easy-to-understand tool with features that can be adapted to the type of business you work in.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a tool that is useful in every manner because it allows for seamless and secure online communication, even from a distance, which improves workflow. This platform allows for the easy and professional completion of all tasks, from the gathering of team member views to the monitoring of financial processes or trade. It does this by utilizing systems that are tailored to professional requirements.

Bitrix24 has updated firms' corporate communication systems with intricate frameworks that keep people controlled and pleased; also, Bitrix24 executes various actions promptly and without mistakes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
BItrix24 is a user-friendly CRM that can be readily tailored to a specific purpose. Bitrix24 is a multi-operations program that allows you to multitask in a variety of ways, including creating sales sites, automating sales, and managing projects with robust communication tools. We will immediately notice the well-designed dashboard with clearly divided sections after login in; we may choose whatever tab we like from the left corner of the screen. The Employees tab displays the organization chart with the names of all workers, which we can customize by adding or deleting individuals, creating various Departments, and sharing duties.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This is a feature-rich CRM, which might be confusing for first-time users. When I initially tried it, I was astonished by the number of capabilities it provided. The support personnel can be difficult to reach at times, and they take too long to respond to our emails. It might make us feel isolated in the face of bugs that we want to report and obtain the assistance we want.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Bitrix24 in the field of communication keeps everyone up to date and informed. Bitrix24 provides us with a kind of analytics feature that shows real-time performance of various projects, time from start to end scheduled, tasks in progress, finished, and total. We don't need to look for another CRM product because Bitrix24 allows us to develop a complete database about our customers.

What differentiates Bitrix24 from other similar products?
It offers greater functionality than the majority of customer relationship management systems, including paid systems like Salesforce. You can manage your customers, projects, tasks, and more all in one place. The greatest benefit is that the free version meets all the needs of most businesses. I utilized it for five years with a company that employed eight people and had five overseas branches without ever having to pay for a more advanced plan.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Over a year ago, we switched from Bitrix24 to building our own in-house intranet. Although Bitrix24's many useful features were appreciated, some users found them to be overly complicated or difficult to navigate. The nicest part of the program, however, is that its features have clearly been thought out and can be tailored to any kind of business or organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A lot of unfulfilled assurances were given to us regarding this program. Our distributor stopped taking our calls after we criticized him for failing to deliver on his commitments. When I contacted Bitrix directly, they said they would escalate the problem but didn't get back to me for more than a week. So, when we finally made contact, they restarted the process, and we haven't heard from them in over a week.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I've been using Bitrix24 for a while now, on and off for simple tasks and with the express purpose of learning how the software has evolved over time. Yet, I believe it to be a true treasure for me and want to begin utilizing it more frequently. All the features I need are included in this CRM, so I'll be able to rely nearly totally on it to manage my business. Opportunities, Projects, Intranet, Workflows, Telephones, Unified Communications, etc.
