What differentiates Bill AP Automation from other similar products?
For small businesses, Bill.com is the gold standard. It's so much more intuitive and easy to use than Quickbooks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The mobile app is beautifully optimized and saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly, I have no complaints.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The ease of use and wonderful integration.

Useful product but needs more user-friendlines

What differentiates Bill AP Automation from other similar products?
Personally I have not used another AP software, unless you consider AppFolio Bill Pay, in which the main difference is the ability to sync to QuickBooks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Payment tracking is useful (you at least know when something was mailed, there is an estimated delivery date, and you know when something has been cashed). But more than that I appreciate the option to pay extra to get live tracking, especially for larger checks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can't find anything with ease in the settings - even something as simple as canceling a vendor invite requires way too many click-throughs. I'd love to see more user-friendly interfaces.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Spend some time chatting with customer care to get your settings right in the beginning! I had a hard time customizing this product myself, but Bill.com's team would be more than happy to help.

It works. It's easy to use and workflows are great and simple to configure.

The approval workflows and easy to interact with.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Transparency and lack of wire / bank transfer info...
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's really import to integrate Bill.com with your ERP software.
