What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My personal notable aspect of BigPanda that users appreciate is its ability to intelligently analyze and prioritize IT alerts, incident management and improving overall operational efficiency.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have personal opinions or feelings, but it's important to note that user experiences and opinions about products can vary. But GUI should be develop. That is not user friendly much. You should consider there.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before choosing BigPanda, thoroughly assess your organization's specific incident management. That will help to take decision.

1) BigPanda streamline incident resolution by calming noisy monitoring data to enhance visibility and reduce response teams necessary. 2) BigPanda's unified view of IT Ops works as a Consolidate monitoring environment from 11+ tools into a single pane of glass using BigPanda’s Incident 360 console. 3) BigPanda improves Mean Time To Detection (MTTD) by enable automated correlation to prevent customer facing issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1) Enrich alerts - Add information and context to alerts, delivering additional insights that improve incident management. 2) Enable analytics and reporting - Provide flexible analytics platform for tracking of metrics. 3) Break down functional silos - Enable collaboration across engineering, sales and DevOps teams

What do you dislike most about this product?

1) BigPanda needs to improve its Machine Learning capabilities so it would suggest correct alert correlation patterns and identify right set of Changes related to an event or incident. 2) BigPanda needs to provide more control so user and NOC Teams can customize the UI per their needs for ease of tracking. 3) BigPanda needs to work on SNMP Integration so as to correctly support all versions and traps transformation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

1) Check if BigPanda integrates well with your existing IT infrastructure, including other monitoring tools, collaboration platforms, and ticketing systems. 2) Evaluate automation capabilities, including how it handles incident alerts and level of customization available. 3) Look for a tool that provides reliable performance monitoring and incident detection to minimize downtime. 4) Evaluate analytics & reporting capabilities to gain insights into your system's performance and effectiveness of your incident response processes. 5) Understand pricing model and licensing structure to ensure it aligns with your budget and expected usage.
