What differentiates BeyondTrust Remote Support from other similar products?
BeyondTrust Remote Support also known as Bomgar is very much easy to use and can be integrated well with applications like ServiceNow, Zendesk...etc Though we had a chat support available through ServiceNow, we shifted to Bomgar's chat support option since it is seamless and well optimized for chat, screenshare and software push from it's capabilities. The above options are not available in other tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Taking remote control and pushing softwares on to user computers without any hassle, that can only be done with this software. Happy with the results so far.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When there are more than 4 sessions, the application stutters.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Improve the smoothness of the application which can increase more productivity for everyone.

My favorite aspect of BeyondTrust Remote Support is its strong focus on security. Security is a critical aspect of remote support tools, especially when dealing with sensitive information and systems. BeyondTrust Remote Support's emphasis on security features such as end-to-end encryption and compliance with security standards gives users peace of mind when conducting remote support sessions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface is complex and not so easy to understand and work.

Excellent Privilege Management Tool

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the way it brings a lot of remote support tools into one console so you don't need to know some of the more advanced techniques to deliver support (e.g. opening remote session within registry editor, using admin$ etc) BeyondTrust reduces the risk of privilege misuse by assigning admin privileges to only authorized tasks that require them, controlling application and script usage, and logging and monitoring on privileged activities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The stability of the software is also worth mentioning. Although I experienced some occasional connection interruptions, I was pleasantly surprised by Remote Support's ability to maintain reliable connections, even in less than ideal circumstances. This allowed me to continue my activities without too much impact on my productivity.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
BeyondTrust is a powerful Remote Endpoint and support tool for professional IT and it's a very essential tool to use it on a daily basis. I love this product so much. It makes everything about my job easier. I even use it when I am physically in the office to support a user's PC.
