It is easy to use and configure. Also Technical support team is very cooperative.

Graphical user interface is ease of use.

High avalabilty cluster can be created with same model only similar like other product.

Must go product, i feel migration from existing tool to Barracuda is quite easy.

Easy setup and integration with MS exchange/O365. Allows files sharing using encryption

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Using the software you can keep the operational mailbox as small as possible. Able to hold/retention emails for any co-worker who left the organization

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost can be a barrier for smaller organizations
