My favorite aspect of Bacula Enterprise is its massive scalability and cost-predictability due to the license model that is based on the number of endpoints/agents rather than the volume of data stored,

What do you dislike most about this product?

it can have a steep learning curve and requires a good amount of technical expertise, often with solid Linux/Unix knowledge, to fully configure and operate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For large environments with high data growth and a technical team seeking the lowest long-term cost and maximum customization by avoiding data volume charges, Bacula Enterprise is an excellent choice, provided the team is comfortable with its steep learning curve and reliance on command-line configuration.
