What differentiates Azure DevOps from other similar products?
Azure devops has deep integration and windows specific tools. For someone who is used to working with microsoft products may find themselves comfortable with this.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the wide variety of features and options that azure devops has integrated into their platform. In addition, when it works... it helps product managers walk through the software lifecycle with it easily. (Meaning from development, to testing, to integration, and then to maintenance)
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike all the menus and hoops that one needs to jump through to find the right page and costs... and how to shut off VMS
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Set up all the possible test cases and alerts for billing, so you won't be surprised by charges.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Azure devops provides everything needed for a scrum in one place, like backlog tracking, sprint, delivery plans, team calendar, planning , dependency tracker, bugs ,features tracking etc. and easily accessible with a single go and in a smooth and easy portal.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Azure DevOps can be complex & difficult to set up, especially for teams who are new to the platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its a great product one should go for it.
