The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Awardco from other similar products?
Awardco is very intuitive and easy to use. I love having a clear, easy path to either recognize employees or use my points to redeem prizes. I don't have to search through the menu to figure out where I need to go to award employees. The site is clean and very manageable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Awardco provides prizes and awards that my employees care about, which really is Amazon cards. I know that they'll be able to use it for something they actually want, rather than me trying to figure out what to get them. Very easy and intuitive!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Searching for employees is the worst part of the experience. However, we need to examine whether this is a configuration setting on our part. I'm concerned that our search parameters are not loose enough to account for alternative search criteria (i.e. "Rich" or "Richard").
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to provide potential suppliers with a detailed list of requirements. We did a formal RFP process, and the requirements were key in deciding which supplier was the best fit. You'll see a lot of options with similar functionality, but make sure it does what you need it to do. Awardco will work with you to make sure your needs are met, but make sure you capture your needs prior to looking at suppliers.
