What differentiates AVIANET from other similar products?
Most virtual events platforms simply provide you a "webinar box" with an accompanying chat panel. AVIANET allows for the building of 3d spaces for participants to explore; such as a 3d "booth", or a holographic data visualization (rather than a static slide deck on a monitor). This is the difference that truly sets AVIANET apart when you are attempting to demonstrate complex technical concepts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The self-service portal (a single point of contact) is definitely the feature that helps me save the most headaches, I am able to assign Exhibitors, Presenters, Panelists, Meeting Hosts etc. without having to send emails to their support team each time we decide to modify the layout of our events. Also when we make changes to schedules those updates go out to all registered participants immediately, therefore I don't have to spend my time manually sending notifications to the 40 individuals that attended a particular session after it ran late, advising them that the next session has been moved.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really wish there were better built-in Audience Analytics. Additionally, I'm somewhat miffed that there isn't publicly available documentation on their security practices; I was forced to ask for this information directly, rather than find it somewhere in their public documents, which doesn't give me confidence when I'm providing attendee information.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Instead of simply using webinars, where they're limited by showing screenshare, now they have options such as creating 3D models of their architecture and allowing users to "walk" through a booth similar to being at a live event. The scheduling of a multi-day event with multiple roles will also be easier with this product because it has all the scheduling information and role management in one place; no longer relying on separate spreadsheets and/or email threads.

The networking lounges is my favorite as it is interactive which makes it is so easy for all of the attendees to get connected.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When the speakers and exhibitors are in multiple it requires a lot of attentive preparation which takes time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to provides me a complete guide to the attendees so they can navigate through the platform smoothly.
