What is AutoCAD?

AutoCAD is computer-aided design (CAD) software that is used for precise 2D and 3D drafting, design, and modeling with solids, surfaces, mesh objects, documentation features, and more. It includes features to automate tasks and increase productivity such as comparing drawings, counting, adding objects, and creating tables. It also comes with seven industry-specific toolsets for electrical design, plant design, architecture layout drawings, mechanical design, 3D mapping, adding scanned images, and converting raster images. AutoCAD enables users to create, edit, and annotate drawings via desktop, web, and mobile devices.

What differentiates AutoCAD from other similar products?

It has the most basic features and goes to extreme advance level which best designers also have to learn before developing something

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The 3D model creation with ease and a lot of time is saved. We can actually see how the real project is going to look alike

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning because of its advanced features and tools takes a lot of time and definitely the cost is high too

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great product for design be it machine design or a construction design go for it
