Clean integration with other products and workflows

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of access to raw survey data which removed any limitations in their built-in reporting

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing on some of their related products (such as internal measurements) was quite steep

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While the initial implementation is quite easy, be prepared to invest time to make sure you setup your workflows and reporting. You will get out of Asknicely exactly how much you put in!

What differentiates AskNicely from other similar products?

AskNicely is an elegant solution to a multi layered issue in many organizations. Having the courage to ask how your customers and partners feel about your business is always a risky step if you are unsure of the answer. AN help you identify specific targeted areas that are either doing well or need improvement. AN can get very granular when it comes to identifying issues on a granular level, down to territory in many cases. It helps you to spot trends quickly and address them in a structured and monitored fashion to ensure positive outcomes.

The granularity level at which you can see the data in your dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Better downloadable reports.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to compare the day to day deliverables of all the vendors. AN has an impressive display capabilities that make it easy to build a business case for the C Suite.
