What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana is one of the easiest to use tools I"ve ever come across. Very little "training" is needed to get started and iterations are super easy. I've used Asana at 3 orgs so far and will push to use it at the next org.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Task creation/assignment. Very clear to determine who is doing what by when.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Gmail plugin needs some work. The outlook email plugin gets the text, but it loses any pictures pasted. would be great if the whole email could get copied/pasted into the comments when using the integration
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're on the fence, reach out. This product is a game changer if you have multiple direct reports that are doing non linear work.
