What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana provides our company with a set of tools that streamlines project development, helps effectively communicate, organize tasks, and enhance collaborative work from a single platform. It stands out for its simplicity and ease of use. The features for creating, developing, and monitoring project progress are excellent. It offers the possibility of having simplified processes that facilitate the verification of the fulfillment of each stage of the projects and also helps to simplify the tasks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a nice and easy to use user interface. Creating custom project templates is very helpful and speeds up team work. It allows establishing rules to automate actions and ensure compliance with each stage of the project. It integrates seamlessly with Instagantt to create Gantt charts with ease. It allows you to send private messages to team members and also leave comments on a specific task. It has excellent mobility with the applications for iOS and Android.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I consider that documentation is lacking for the handling of advanced options and I would like it to have the possibility of integrating with more tools to increase its potential.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend that you use this platform because it provides a wide variety of functions to streamline project management. It also allows for efficient collaborative work and improves productivity.

What I really like about Asana is that it offers a complete visualization of the phases of each project in general, which allows you to always have “in view” the status of each of the activities to be carried out, in the process of development or completed. officially.

The platform does not accept the export of files to PDF format
