What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
This application allows to host workspaces dedicated to a specific project, within which it is possible to create tasks and subtasks separated by order of priority or execution, clearly designating those responsible for the work in each phase. Asana also has the option to connect to many platforms such as Slack, Jira, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Dropbox, GitHub, Trello, Evernote, among many others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I really like about Asana is that it offers a complete visualization of the phases of each project in general, which allows you to always have “in view” the status of each of the activities to be carried out, in the process of development or completed. officially.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform does not accept the export of files to PDF format
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Asana has an App for Android and IOS that allows us to be informed of where we are in real time. Not only great for on-site teams, but also for remote work collaboration. And offers improved security levels

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
-Easy to navigate and manipulate user interface. -It has various list and tile layouts to suit the various projects I manage. -Using the Asana add-on for Gmail and the integration with Dropbox allow me to work in a more professional and comprehensive way.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I consider Asana one of the best project managers. With Gantt charts, creating and maintaining carefully categorized activity lists and assigning tasks to specific users is a great help for collaboration. I can receive real-time updates on changes and successful completion of a task in a group. Asana is perfectly suited for all types of job roles, it is really worth implementing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think the cost can be reconsidered. For all the other features and advantages of Asana I am satisfied.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you work on several projects at the same time and you need order and motivation to finish your tasks on time, Asana is ideal. It has been a great help to me and I hope to continue using this software for a long time to come.
