What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very easy to assign tasks to different project teams. It has numerous ready-to-use templates. It allows to keep the team informed with the creation of forms to send and receive job requests. One of the features it gives us is that we can use shared files and search destinations. It makes it possible to carry out an efficient management of resources to fulfill all stages of the project. This is a highly productive tool, which facilitates work between team members. It integrates seamlessly with Dropbox and Slack.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asana is a somewhat complicated product to use, therefore, I consider that there must be extensive training that allows skillful development when using the interesting functions of this application.

I like that Asana offers details of the start and completion of each activity, I also like that I can link Asana with my Gmail. With Asana, tasks and projects can be managed and divided among team members in a professional and efficient way. Asana harmonizes group work; where we can communicate, organize and plan to accomplish the goal of each task in less time than expected, as it is a tool that provides all the functions and opportunities to accelerate the workflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is really nothing too bad with Asana, but the notifications sometimes (not always) take a long time to arrive and I think nobody likes to be warned late about something.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall it is a wonderful collaboration tool, I have simply had a good experience with Asana and I hope to continue using this software to manage my projects, I hope my review will be helpful for those who are still undecided.

One of the highlights is the Gantt chart, it is a tool widely used by our team, it allows us to see updates and next moves. Asana is a tool with effective collaboration features, where receiving and assigning tasks in a transparent and fast way is possible, it allows us to keep focused on the goal for the approval of each activity. All areas can be monitored effectively.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it can take a while to find something among so many functions, the user interface needs to be simplified.

There are many competitors in the market and a lot to compare, Asana like all has advantages and disadvantages, but if you manage complex projects and activities in large teams, Asana is one of the best options.
