The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

A great task & resource management tool

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana brings more power to task management than something like Trello, while being more intuitive than something like JIRA for non-technical teams. The ease of setting up boards, task lists, etc. is first class, and assigning out responsibilities is done with ease.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The drag n drop nature of Asana is a seriously underrated feature for planning teams (ex: managers and product owners) who go through large buckets of tasks. Being able to choose which fields show in the board saves time from clicking into each task. And toggling between tasks and moving them to different areas/people is simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The main and subtask heirarchy wasn't my favorite. When a task is shared across multiple boards, it can be tough to see which parts pertain to which teams due to the fact that the entire task shows on each board. Additionally, if the main task was accidentally closed out, it disappears from all boards as well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For me, with project management software you need to keep the end user in mind. What do they value most, flexibility or ease? Speed or customization? Additional details versus documenting larger swaths of work? Asana sits in the middle here. It's not as technical as JIRA but so much easier to use. It's not as customizable as Smartsheet, but it's leaps and bounds better in teams of being able to find things to get things done. For content/marketing/design teams, Asana is a clear winner.
