What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

What makes Asana special is that it offers great features and it is more capable than most competitors. For instance, it can handle both project and task management which makes it a multipurpose software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Asana is available in both mobile and web devices I also like that there is a free and paid version The software is easy to use even for newbies The notifications ensures I never miss on deadlines and new updates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no single dislike with Asana. It has been very useful and resourceful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana is one tool that will take your business to the next level by ensuring deadlines are met, there is better collaboration. It also makes project management easy.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Love how you can view your tasks in different views, like as a list or as a calendar. Have not seen that option with other platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I am a person that loves crossing off things on my to-do list, so I love being able to check that checkmark in Asana when done with a task and the rainbow unicorn goes shooting across my screen!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Hate that I am not able to just duplicate an entire section, including all tasks, comments and documents attached. This seems like a simple button to include, but nothing done by Asana yet even though many people have asked for it in forums.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take your to-do lists online and a great way for your team to work on projects together.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana, is beneficial and particular for the automation of process management in a simple way, to optimize regular tasks, allows to eliminate manual steps with automation, saves time, and increases efficiency, with virtues to create custom rules through the generator. of workflow management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I Like Asana has options for multiple project views, it allows you to view projects and manage tasks in different ways, through Kanban boards, lists, calendars and timelines.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Asana App naturally looks good, even so, it can be a bit tricky to use so it tends to work better on the PC screen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Asana as an information source for sharing PDFs, JPGs, Google documents, also for assigning tasks to team members and setting priorities.
