My favorite features of this program are creating a procedure with tasks and subtasks and displaying tasks and deadlines on a calendar. If an item on my To-Do list is not linked to a project or dashboard in Asana, I may still use the "My Tasks" option to handle it. Once you've gotten beyond the first learning curve, using the UI becomes second nature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because you can only assign one worker to complete a task, it is pointless. The person's @name in comments lets you add them as "contributors" to a task. However, when I wanted both persons to evaluate a document, I realized that I had to create a task for each individual.

Asana has many features to help us track and assign tasks easily. We used Asana to replace our morning Todo mails and every project is clearly documented inside Asana.

Asana is expensive compared to the alternatives we had to switch from it because of its pricing but overall an awesome product
