Ideal platform for big picture project management.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana supports a variety of approaches to project management , that includes Agile , Scrum and Kanban . This flexibility in approach that is inherent within the Asana platform, provides my team with all of the right tools we need to match how we choose to work as a team , rather than having to tweak our operation style to fit into the rigid framework of a project management platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Asana is a flexible project management tool, that has now been adapted beyond my department and used by other departments within my company. I make bold to say, this is my favourite aspect of this product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Asana works far better on a computer full screen, than on its android or ios mobile application . This is not an issue of differences in functionality alone ,but it is also an issue of screen size which just ensures that apart from checking task and project status on the mobile application, achieving any productive work is a big challenge.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Asana is the ideal project management tool for high level timelines .
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
