What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
We use Asana as part of the organization of our entire company, following up on any project presented being one of the main tools we use. Work management is excellent thanks to Asana and it is ideal for collaboration with any work environment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Asana has allowed us to collect all extensive documentation for any project in one place, adding relevant resources, a daily progress of the report and the necessary documentation so that there is no failure in the report. It provides us with tools to be able to create surveys in forms with all the necessary information. We have analyzed thanks to Asana the overall efficiency of direct reports being the complete project in an interactive way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is very slow for the proportion of functions with a third party software, documents are copied very slow. More Microsoft integrations should be provided and synchronized, the ones we have are very few. It also lacks to link hierarchical tasks, dependencies and projects, which slows down a lot the feedback between customers and technical advisors.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Asana allowed us to perform from the beginning an excellent follow-up to any project we set up, collaborating with different technical and non-technical teams, showing tasks very dependent on what each one generates. The follow-up thanks to Asana is very useful when it comes to a large project and it is vital to analyze everything that is being worked on thanks to the functions of the process itself.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Because of its stunning user interface and gamified features, like celebrations when tasks are finished, Asana is fun to use. But Asana easily satisfies these conditions for success. To be as effective as possible, each team member may handle tasks in the method that suits them best. I can automate the monotonous chores and procedures that slow down our productivity using Asana.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Asana, we have access to a variety of tools for managing projects and tasks, such as Kanban boards, lists, calendars, workloads, and timeframes. Another major benefit is the integration of various products and services. Setting up tasks is quite simple, and I appreciate that I can customize the dashboard look. Asana has generally been a great benefit to our team, increasing our productivity and effectiveness.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are a few small concerns, like when a job repeats, attachments are copied across, but nothing critical. Moreover, email alerts were really bothersome until I figured out how to turn them off. Perhaps a feature to send email alerts just for critical tasks should be included.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it. Furthermore, don't offer the users a choice. Simply have everyone join in and use it to solve everything. Project managers are often looking for easy strategies to keep the entire team on the same page. A cloud-based solution, such as Asana, can make it easier and more efficient for a team to complete its tasks.
