What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a few small concerns, like when a job repeats, attachments are copied across, but nothing critical. Moreover, email alerts were really bothersome until I figured out how to turn them off. Perhaps a feature to send email alerts just for critical tasks should be included.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it. Furthermore, don't offer the users a choice. Simply have everyone join in and use it to solve everything. Project managers are often looking for easy strategies to keep the entire team on the same page. It has a lot to offer, but there's a high learning curve before you can start taking advantage of all of its potential. Having to constantly close and reopen windows when switching between workplaces might be annoying.

Although I'd want to use some components of the site, I am now unable to do so due to financial constraints. It would be good to have access to the features, even in a limited capacity. I don't like the new feature they just introduced where the description box has been altered and now has a different design.
