What differentiates Arctic Wolf MDR from other similar products?

They are able to take data from multiple security products and aggregate that data together. It’s like having a virtual SOC and it’s really powerful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The wide range of products that they integrate with.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing the technology is wonderful and the company is excellent to work with.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have multiple layers of security tools and multiple pains of glass to monitor Arctic Wolf brings all of that data together and make it easy to manage.

What differentiates Arctic Wolf MDR from other similar products?

Their customer service (conceirge team) is incredible. Absolutely top notch people.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The real-time monitoring and alerting of potential issues is fantastic. It provides us a huge cost savings from a staffing perspective. It's very hard to maintain all of the knoeldge and expertise to properly cover your cybersecurity needs but you can do it at a fraction of the cost with Arctic Wolf.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dislike is a strong word but I would like the ability to change things on my own, such as whitelisting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommendd Arctic Wolf and its 24/7/365 monitoring. And while you can reduce some of your staffing by using Arctic Wolf, I still recommend having a security specialist on your team to help manage the tickets that come in.
