What differentiates Appcues from other similar products?
Compared to other products, Appcues is more flexible, relies to the quality of settings, functionality and data analytics, as well as integration with other services.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Opportunity of customization of each part of onboarding flow. Using imagination and business goal you can really achieve success with Appcues. Also the quality of their CS team delights, my best wishes to Mike Barres, whose help with implementation was invaluable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some technical aspect of constructing the flows with necessity to navigate from screen to screen inside our PWA was really weird and annoying (using of wildcards aren't really clear and sometimes brings only mess into a work process)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't try to implement on the run, if you think of every scheme in advance, you'll save a lot of time within building the flows

What differentiates Appcues from other similar products?
With Appcues, I'm able to track behavior throughout the application, using event tracking and without having to involve a developer. This is not only saving costs but also saving a lot of time by speeding up the process of collecting these data points.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love being able to set up event tracking, so I know where customers are going within the app, without having to create a job for our developers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the issue isn't clear enough for me to solve without involving support when it is a matter of a setting that i've got wrong. Doesn't happen often but it does happen.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you can afford it, the event tracking option is well worth it if you want to know what your customers are doing.
