What differentiates Amazon Pay from other similar products?
We have been using online payment methods since the pandemic has started. After using AmazonPay we've acknowledged that the servers are pretty fast and are very easy to use. I can simply transfer money from my bank accounts to our clients.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sending and receiving money Instanly. Easy interface with liberal to use for everybody . Digital KYC verification, after which wallet limit increases. Reward programs on merchant payments. Can be used for mobile recharge bills, DTH, utility bills, and lots of more. You can pay anywhere like restaurants, shopping malls, petrol pumps quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The pending transactions and new payment requests that I receive in amazon pay should be highlighted in terms of visual hierarachy as sometimes it's difficult or confusing on behalf of me to seek out it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest everyone to use Amazon Pay, because it has numerous features and offers. you get cashback too.

What differentiates Amazon Pay from other similar products?
they are very well clear about the things they really have amazing things the UI and the best part they have is the customer service Few things which I really like in amazon pay as a user are : 1. It has a very easy-to-learn user interface. One can quickly adopt and start using this portal without having any trouble. 2. As it comes from a very trustworthy source as a user, one can easily rely on its security measures and fraud protection.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
the best part i like is custumer service There are several problems that I had resolved used amazon pay some of them are : 1. There was no single platform to make payments to all majorly used sites, but now I can do that using amazon pay. 2. I experienced a lack of customer engagement due to the complex user interface before amazon pay, but now I experience a high-quality UX available in the market.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Before amazon pay, PayPal was the major platform that i used to make payments, but after making a account on amazon pay, I wanted to make it as my prime E-Paying system, but there was no bridge available to connect PayPal with amazon pay. That, I think, from a user perspective, hurts the most.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
the best part why you should choose is they are well formatted and easy to use ) Hassle free one-click payment 2) Get rewards and cashback for doing online transactions

A very fast and reliable payment service is provided by Amazon Pay. Though there are lot of payment services are available in market but Amazon pay is one of the most secured and provides almost all facilities to shop and pay via amazon, also have lot of utilities being integrated like Mobile recharge, Power bill etc. on Amazon pay dashboard which is the most impressive thing and keeps amazon pay on top of the list. Getting through KYC is also very easy and fast which helps in availing the feature like buy and pay later.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It provides all options to fulfill your shopping needs at one place like shopping clothes, grocery, electronics and doing payment via amazon pay. It alerts you on the Utility payment as per the payment cycle which helps you to avoid any disconnection in service. It also provides you the best cash back / rewards on your payments performed. Money transfer is very easy to your friends or colleagues via Amazon UPI payment. It has helped in corporate world as well, where one can collect money in Amazon pay wallet and use it whenever required during any festival or any programs. It provides you facility on scan and pay on different outlets.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Major drawback is not all outlets, restaurants does have the scan and pay option for Amazon pay though it has an UPI payment service. Also the money from wallet can not be transferred to anyone which I feel is again a drawback where one has to use it for his own purpose.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its the best and fast online payment system widely used which makes the app to run in front and highly recommended which is also worth it. Great features with best customer support team available 24/7.
