It's usability and understanding of customer needs, the feature it has and the customer support it provides which exactly help us to gain trust in Amazon and excellent support is what we were looking for when going for the vendors, because the product is good but usability and everything we need to be trained as a SME

Unlike other Amazon Pay products, it provides gift cards and cash back on successful bill payment, which incentivizes us, as users, to continue using this app.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like the most about this tool is that it is very easy to use and also Amazon Pay can be done almost everywhere nowadays. Amazon checkout also provides refund coupons for almost every transaction we make from this app.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Amazon Pay is no problem for me; is the best, most accessible and most used payment platform, and rewards you with every one-click payment through Amazon Pay.
