What differentiates Amazon Chime from other similar products?
Amazon chime easily integrates with AWS SNS which really helps us configure task automations messages within minutes which keeps out team notified.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Amazon chime has various features which are all great, but the one feature that stands out is the groups is the markup language support. With the help of the markup language we can easily differentiate between normal text vs code snippets or hyperlinks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The one aspect that I dislike about chime is the screen sharing feature. From time to time the screen sharing drops during a meeting and we end up stopping the screen share and restarting ti again.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Amazon chime is a very professional video conferencing tool, which can be customised as per business needs. I would highly recommend this product to any business that operates remotely

We can directly set up meetings with our colleagues directly from Amazon Chime thereby saving a lot of time. This is one major differentiating feature for it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very easy to send large files and files with different format with the help of Chime and I like that very much

The mobile application can be better as it doesnt age well
