What differentiates Amazon Chime from other similar products?
With Amazon Chime your communication is made so easy! It comes from Amazon Web services and built-in VoIP service. In our departament voice dealing is a huge lods of work but thanks to Amazon chime it has been cut down to half or I should say even less. We have switched from our telephones systems to cloud based Chime and honestly it is so less of a burden.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Not just that it cuts down our workload it has also intelligently managed to cut our bill to half. We can do video conference calls, audio calls, meetings and training under one roof and with a limited budget. The communication with our clients has been improved over a few months all thanks to this great professional business communication platform. We can easily switch calls from phone to laptops, we have chatbots, Alexa, and my favorite Call me feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are complaints regarding the video conference feature which lags sometimes. I am not very sure if it’s due to a stable connectivity issue or something else but it can be a huge deal breaker in our industry.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We are good! We actually like Chime, it works well in our industry and the most important thing is that it saves time, energy and cost in so many factors. There surely are some resolvable issues which need some working but hopefully it will get updates soon.

What differentiates Amazon Chime from other similar products?
Amazons Chime primary selling point is how easy it is to use, and it is the primary reason we adopted it within my organisation. It is intuitive, accessible with all features on web browser , and it integrates with everyday productivity tools like Slack to introduce a bit of automation into video calling experiences.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Amazon Chime is easy to setup. It especially comes in handy for those impromptu meetings with external collaborators, where we don't want to go through the complex process of guiding them through advanced meeting solutions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While Chime is intuitive and easy to use. It is average in the aspect of facilitator functions and standout features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For professionals with basic video conferencing needs, Chime is a good option.

What differentiates Amazon Chime from other similar products?
I have been using chime for a long time. It has been a trustworthy product as it is developed by amazon. A meeting can be joined via link as well as by entering meeting code provided by host. The best thing is that it works on browser, desktop application and mobile applications
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Chime pro features allows upto 250 members at a time in the meeting. The host can restrict people from joining meeting by clicking on lock button

It works only at one platform at a time. It can either work on browser or desktop application or mobile application at a time. It cannot be viewed on multiple places
