The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Aha! Roadmaps from other similar products?
I have not used other products, but we love the ease-of-use and customization capabilities. We also love that the entire sales/support team are former PMs themselves, and they have been an invaluable resource for us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ideas. We love collecting ideas and being able to report back on the status to others in our organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are a couple of small annoyances but I wouldn't say there is anything we outright dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use the free trial -- see if it is a good fit. And do a session with someone on their team who can answer your questions and help you think it through. Also, you don't have to have it "all" figured out beforehand, but it's worth doing some initial planning to help set yourself up for long-term success.
