What differentiates Adobe Target from other similar products?

Very flexible. Many features. Great integration with Adobe Analytics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Setting up tests, experience targeting, and audiences is very straightforward. My favorite is the integration with Adobe Analytics. I all our test reporting in Adobe Analytics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Product support. It can take weeks, and I've had my own developers figure out the solution instead. They are also very hardline on their contract renewal negotiations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product especially if you have Adobe Analytics. Don't count on their support team for any help.
