What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?

Acumatica is very community focused, almost like open source apps, but with strong corporate leadership that is strategically driving improvements across the board.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The flexibility to modify any and all aspects of the system - turning off or adding on things as needed, all within the toolset.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Prior to the new UI that is launching, it has a date interface. Would like to see more focus of supporting HIPAA (healthcare) requirements in their hosted offering (eliminate the need to self-host due to HIPAA constraints).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider if you need a modifiable platform, if so it is strong. Then consider can you do those changes internally and if not can you find a strong, trust worthy VAR to work with.
