What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?

I really liked the price based on company size and transaction volume vs how many individuals in our company needed access. The ability to capture time and expense in one system, with job costing and project tracking and customizable invoices to meet client demands. The dashboards, customizable for various levels of our organization gives insights to information rarely shared before because of logistics. And, while we are just getting into the CRM portion of the product, the flow from quote to project with all the details will be very valuable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

that the employee name drops from the expense entry in billing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is wonderful for our sprawling workforce, everyone can access via the App or browser to quickly enter time and expense; managers can see metrics for their team and clients. We can grow with this product.

What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?

Acumatica truly is able to handle your business within one platform. The single license with unlimited seats is the key to success for Acumatica. It allows us to have everyone operating on the same system affordably. It streamlines communication, process flow and accounting. It is truly quote to cash solution for our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Single License and Unlimited Seats. It allows anyone to get the information they need to conduct their business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It took a while to get used to some of their terminology. The management of WIP needs to improve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Find a good Service Partner and understand the Acumatica business flows. They have developed the business flows well and you can run your business with little customization. Design your process to use the standard for the 90% of your business and customize the 10% which sets your business apart.
