What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?
Construction module. Ease of use. Depth and variety of training.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I believe some aspects of the product are immature like the payroll module or some features to the construction module that I would like to see as a standard item. However, what I disliked the most was the implementation where is was presumed that we had sophisticated IT support and we did not. I would definitely recommend hiring that resource if you do not have that in house.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have a test drive. Talk to successful users of the product in your size and sophistication range.

What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?
For me, the choice came down to the capabilities of the integration of our other systems and well as the ease of customizing my needs for my industry within the software. The other determining factor for us was the team we work with. Even in the beginning with sales, I never felt pressure or that we were just another customer. I felt they were more of a partner with us and that stood out from the rest.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The capability of integration as well as being able to customize screens by user. I also love the inventory portion of the software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wouldn't say I dislike anything about the product. If I had to pick something to be a little bit easier, it would be creating new or editing existing reports.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need a reliable ERP system, this one is it. We do not have any server down time, or down time due to upgrades. The Acumatica team we work with is hands down the best. The integration and customization this allows you is going to set them apart from others.

What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?
Ability to tailor the product for a particular use. Ease of information retrieval and export.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use and intuitive design. Ability to create reports with Velixo is great. Easily learned by users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The procurement function is a bit clunky. I would like more user defined fields available for use on transactional screens. Built in reporting is not nimble enough, although Velixo does compensate.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely worth a look. Good product to use.
