The implementation process from sales through to go live was a breath of fresh air with respect to transparency and vendor side knowledge.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The development team is constantly reviewing user requests and implementing new features,

What do you dislike most about this product?

Report customization and creation could be improved to make it easier for an end user to create their own reports.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure that you have a full implementation team and you take more time than you think you need to implement before go live.

What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?

Acumatica is easy to use and learn as it is completely browser based, no additional software to master and requires minimum training time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how easy it is to learn and use this product. It is also easily accessible which allows you to control your data anytime without any additional cost. Acumatica is really convinient becouse it doesn't require any additional expensive license for additional users regardless of the role they play or access frequency.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Acumatica requires quit alot of customizations in order to attain it's maximum productivity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. Acumatica provides personalized support from your local partner and directly from Acumatica. It partner's with local business expertise to provide long term personalized service inside and outside your ERP application. Totally worth it
