The thing I dislike most about Acumatica is can be its flexibility can sometimes be a double-edged sword. Because it’s so open and customizable, there’s a learning curve to fully understand how everything fits together—and without a clear plan, it’s easy to overcomplicate setups or miss better design choices. That is something we have struggled with internally. It’s not that the system lacks capability—it’s that unlocking its full potential often requires more technical understanding or careful planning than many expect going in.

The platform gives you incredible flexibility—but that means your results depend heavily on how you structure it.
